We recently had the pleasure of attending a captivating property talk by Collins Residential that delved into the exciting new developments happening in and around their properties on the North Coast. By combining exquisite parcels of land around Zululami, Seaton and Tinley Manor, the area is poised to become a hub of modern living, combining residential comfort with a thriving mixed-use development node.

Eco-friendly Living at all Price Points:

A key section of the talk was the focus that Collins Residential is placing on conserving, restoring and rehabilitating the ecosystems in which the three residential developments are being built. Mixed-Use Node: A Hub of Possibilities:

One of the highlights of the property talk was the unveiling of the new mixed-use node between the P228 and the N2. This investment in infrastructure that but also underscores the developer's dedication to creating a sustainable, accessible, and modern community.

Club Med Tinley Manor: A First for South Africa:

The announcement of the new Club Med to be built on the north side of Tinley Manor was one of the most highly anticipated sections of the talk. Set to be a luxurious destination that will attract thousands of foreign visitors to our shores, Club Med Tinley aims to redefine leisure and relaxation. With world-class amenities, fine dining, a stunning beachfront location and direct connections to safari destinations in Zululand, it promises to be a haven for tourists seeking an unparalleled lifestyle experience.

With plans to begin construction in 2024, this massive investment will provide a huge confidence boost to the local property market, and we expect this to positively impact housing prices in the area.
